I've subscribed, what's next?
After a subscription is made, you will receive a style consultation via email.

What is a style consultation?

During the style consultation, we will finalize the details of your subscription. Here are your options:

  • Bow tie type:

Pre tied
Self tie
Or mix and match from month to month!
**A matching pocket square is always included.

  • Accessories:

Cuff link set
Lapel pin
Button (pin back)

Fashion Cotton Dress Socks ("Too Legit To Quit" only)

Or mix and match from month to month
**For "Total Package" & "Too legit To Quit," Only 1 of each type of accessory per box. ex: substituting a button for an extra cufflink set is prohibited.

If 2 or more accessories are included in my subscription, can I substitute one for the other?
For "Total Package" & "Too legit To Quit," Only 1 of each type of accessory is included per box. ex: substituting a button for an extra cufflink set is prohibited.

Can I customize my order?
Aside from choosing your style preferences and type of bow tie, there is no other customization available. Each month, you will be mailed an exclusive Bowtie Behavior set.

Do I get to choose which bow tie I get each month?
No, each month you will receive an exclusive Bowtie Behavior set before it is made available online to the general public. Each box is put together and styled by Bowtie Behavior. 

When will I receive my box?
Once the initial details of the style consultation have been confirmed, boxes normally ship out within 7-10 business days from that date. For renewals, boxes ship 7-10 business days from the date your payment is received. 

When will I be charged?
Your initial subscription is charged immediately via Paypal. Subscription renewals are charged every month thereafter on that same date.

What if the payment for my subscription renewal is declined?
If your account is currently active and the payment for your renewal is declined, your account will be placed in a past due state. If payment is not received within 48 hours of the renewal date, your subscription will be canceled.

Do you ship internationally?
No.

Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. 

What do I do if I receive a damaged item?
If you receive a damaged item, please notify us via email at bowtiebehavior.com no later than 7 days after receipt. Ship the item back, and we will fix it.
